Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia (DASSA) is a Statewide Health Service and is responsible to the Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse and is governed by the Department for Health and Ageing, which addresses alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical and illicit drug issues across the state. DASSA's strategic intention is the prevention and management of drug problems across South Australia.
